epson stylus c90- printer not taking in paper

When i start the printer it appears to be working normally but after taking 1 or 2 inch paper a loud noise comes from inside and then it shows the message-"paper not

loaded correctly".


When i examined the problem i found out that the rollers which take in the paper stop after spinning once.


PLEASE HELP!!!

Check if there is any type of blockage present

i opened up the printer cover and cleaned it from inside but there was no visible blockage
