Which of these three webcams @ $20-25?

What's the best? Planning on Skyping, taking pictures, but nothing too intense.

Seems like some don't like the Lifecam's autofocus?

Oh, and running Win7 64bit, Cable connection w/ 25mbps down 3-4mbps up.
