Im posting this here because i didnt see a fax subforum.
I recieve hundreds of faxes a day from several clients, but ONE client constantly sends me 2 pages instead of one. The very bottom of the first page prints on a second page. This is the only client that does this. Their IT people say its my fax machine, my IT people say its theirs, we have sent people back and forth to no avail.
Please help! What could cause this? And how do i fix it? It is eating up my paper to the tune of about 150 extra pages a day.
Any suggestions would be great!
