Printer keeps going offline

I have Konica Minolta Bizhub C20 running windows 7 Pro. Printer keeps going offline and also sometimes just prints out error message "wrong command"

you have the wrong driver installed or corrupt driver. Reinstall the driver, and check your network connections, there may also be an issue with your network. just FYI, im a printer tech, and 99% of calls we get for network connection issues are NOT hardware problems with the printer. We have to do the network manager's job for them quite often....
