Well guys, this seems like an impossible solve. Before I even go into detail about my problems I'll just list my specs;
Monitor(TV): Vizio VA26LHDTV10T
Graphics Card: Intel HD Graphics 2000
I'm not sure if the specs help at all but I'm in a dilema. My computer, which I just set-up is HORRIBLY overscanned to the point where I can only see a margin of my start bar. I tried adjusting it via my TV Menu and apparently there is a change display (v-size, h-size) but it blocks me from doing it for some reason (putting a little circle and cross on the option). I've tried so many things, especially on my desktop, I've exhausted all the things I could think of. If anyone can get back to me on a battle plan for this, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
