Hi there people well basically ive been having this problem for a couple of days now i recently jst built a new computer with a ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3 Motherboard , KINGSTON 8GB HyperX RAM , NVIDIA GTX 460 SE and a AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition and Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

well the problem is when i turn on my pc i am able to run it at 800x600 or on standard VGA graphics display but when i go to update my graphics card then after restarting i get to the windows logo screen after that i get No signal and sometimes my PC restarts it self. ive also tried safe mode and safe mode runs prefectly fine. When i unistall my gfx card drivers in safe mode then restart my PC loads normaly. i have also tried disabling my onboard gfx card and still that dosent work and also tried the PCIPnP on my BIOS to see if that would work and yet it still dosent work

Can somebody Help me Please.

Hi, I've had this problem many years ago and the fault was caused by the video card itself. Try and borrow a similar card and see if it works or have it tested by an expert. Shops that build computers is your best bet.
