How do you convert a Win 95 game to Win 7?

You don't... it MIGHT run in compatibility mode, but I seriously doubt it...

If you're the developer, recompile it with target platform set to Windows 7. I expect different IDEs to provide different ways of doing that. If you have a Win95 game that somebody else wrote and want to run it in Win7, the 32-bit edition of Win7 would have a better chance of being able to play it. If you've already installed 64-bit Win7, you might have to run an emulator or a virtual install of an OS that can run it.

Even then....DOS inside Windows isn't even true dos. It's still a shell :pt1cable:
