I am in the process of building a new system and I heard that Athlon C's have problems with A7V's. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Where did you hear that? Sounds to me like a rumor. Athlon-C's run fine on A7V's.

Isn't the a7v limited to 100 FSB?

Doesn't the A7V have the KT133 chipset? If it does- then it's not limited to 100mhz FSB.
