Hi Guys,

I am undecided between two laptops, and was hoping that I could get some feedback from you experts. The two laptops are Dell XPS 15 and Asus N53J.

A quick comparison is that, processor are the same, ram is the same, and weight is approximately the same. However the dell has twice the video memory, a better hard drive (speed wise) , and a 9 cell battery. The asus apparently last for about 1.5 hours on a 6 cell. but the dell goes (according to dell's website) 9 hours on battery.

It seems the dell is the better of the two for the same ($1000) price tag. Here are the actual specs.

Sorry for the confusion. They are both from Costco. The Dell has this model number, which I think is specific to costco's website: 570949872

Here is the link to the Dell: http://www.costco.com/Browse/Product.aspx?Prodid=11621717&whse=BC&Ne=5000136+4000000&eCat=BC|84|56670&N=4047229%204294899772&Mo=6&No=3&Nr=P_CatalogName:BC&Ns=P_Price|1||P_SignDesc1&lang=en-US&Sp=C&topnav=

The Asus is: Asus N53JQ_XC1
