i was checking the status of my local area connection. And i found it is
constantly receiving data. it happens all the time, even when there is not
program running. Even my computer is not connected to internet, it still
keeps receiving data as long as the cable is pluged in. and i scanned my pc
with norton, it says there is no virus.
how do i fix this?
