You won't get much help here on Tom's. Try google.

Hang, cracking, removing password advice is not allowed on Tom's. However, if you are locked out of your BIOS password, you should be able to google a solution (same for a Windows password). You may also consider contacting Acer for help, just be prepared to provide proof of ownership.
