is this laptop good enough to play WoW on high quality at good fps ?

Playing on your native resolution, you should achieve High with playable fps (average 25), and Medium should work good (60 fps with occasional drops to 50). This is because of the graphics card that just doesn't pack enough punch to play WoW on high quality at good fps.
