Computer not starting. help! =(

hey guys, just recently my computer will not start up! this is all it says
Fatal error C0190003 applying update operation 1802 of 125622 (packag...)

it just stays frozen i have to hit the power button to restart. I also tried running it in save mode and it too stops responding, this is all i see

i would say try and download a copy of a repair disk and try a startup repair or a restore

If you can get it to go into Safe Mode or even Normal mode, be sure to disable all anti-virus and disconnect from the internet. If you are attempting to Service Pack 1 for Windows 7, I would recommend downloading the full update from M$ first from HERE . I had these exact same issues before I finally figured out what was going on and had numerous failed attempts at installing SP1 from Windows Update. It does take some time doing it this way but I would recommend doing it this method.
