Windows7 doesn't start in normal mode

Hello,
I am using acer laptop,intel pentium processor,windows7 professional,my problem is windows is not starting normally and is running safemode.when entering normall mode it is displaying "welcome" after entering password "Please wait",it takes a long time to starting window and i'm waiting more than 24 hours but its not starting window normally...but it starting safe mode..please reply as soon as possible...
