Refurbished Asus VG236HE monitor vs new Acer GD235HZbid monitor

I'm in the market for a 120hz monitor around $250. I've found a couple of good contenders: A refurb Asus VG236HE, and a new Acer GD235HZbid.
Which should I get?

I'm not crazy about Acer monitors. Then again I don't really like refurbs unless there is a 1 year warranty.

I think Asus monitors are hands down better than Acer, but being a refurb....
  2. It has a 90 day warranty...

Edit: no refunds, and a 30 day return warranty.
  3. Is your graphics card power enough to give you more than 60 FPS? Ideally, I really wouldn't recommend getting a 120Hz monitor unless your GPU can push at least 90FPS.

I will have a 7850, and I might upgrade later.
(And I will be playing TF2 quite a lot.)
