Chemistry Project Video Game?

Hello People! I have a project coming up and I chose the topic "Chemical Bonds" and lately we've been talking about Nuclear history and basic stuff like that. My goal is to make a game that the teacher can play that is fun but highly educational but I really don't know how to approach this and was hoping you guys could help?

ps. I don't know if I'm in the right thread for this so let me know if I'm breaking a rule or something.

You mean something to in the way of Lewis structure? I dont see how a touch enabled or mouse driven puzzle game that focuses on putting together structures wouldn't be possible. That is if you are up to it. Definately doable.
