Epson wireless printer offline...Mac

When trying to print from my Mac pro to the wireless Epson printer, says printer offline and will not print on occasion. Oddly, around noon it sometimes print or at 2AM. My HP is also connected to wireless and it works fine.

How can I get my Mac to print to the Epson wireless printer and keep the printer online?

Please help!

I was having the same problem with my Mac and my Epson Workforce 545 wireless printer. Here is what I did and it works for me. Hopefully it will for you as well.
1. Click on the Apple icon and go to System Preferences
2. Click on Print & Fax icon
3. Click on Options & Supplies
4. Go to "Print Using:" drop down menu
6. Click on "Select Printer Software"
7. Scroll down to your particular Epson printer and click on it
8. Return to Print & Fax screen and your printer should now be in Idle, Default mode
9. Your printer should be back online and ready to print.

MAC Turn printer on 1 - Open System Preferences by clicking on the icon in the Dock. 2 - Go to the Print & Fax control panel under the Hardware category. 3 - Select the printer you want to take online from the list on the left side of the screen. Then click on the "Open Print Queue" button. 4 - Click on the "Resume Printer" button at the top of the queue window to change the printer from offline to online. Now, restart your computer
