Hi.

I'm looking for a hard drive to replace the one with samll capacity in my old white macbook 4,1. This one looks delicious:

Does any one know whether it is compatible with 4,1? Any comments or/and suggestion is appreciated.

It's 9.5mm high and it has a SATA interface. Yes that drive will work in your macbook just fine.

So that's the only thing we should pay attention to? I saw a bunch of data like voltage or access time of the hard drive.

Yes, all that matters is if the drive will fit, and if the drive has the correct interface.

After installing the hard drive, I could not get the system start from the CD rom by pressing C key. Is that because the hard drive is not compatible?
