Got the wrong one

ok so i ordered windows 7 home 64 bit english 1 pack. well in the mail i got windows 7 home 64 bit french 3 pack. so is there any way for me to change to language to english or should i return it.

You'd probably be better off just returning it and requesting they send you the proper item.
