  1. Acer uses eSupport for their recovery methods. If the factory partition is still there then you should be able to perform the operation unless you have replaced the hard drive or removed the partition.

    What make/model of Acer computer is this that you are using?

    Just go to the Windows 8 site and follow the link...

    *Must choose 32-bit Windows 8 if you have 32-bit XP/Vista/7. Same for 64-bit.
