New TBird Help..now or later

Would it be wise to wait till next month to get a CPU. I was gonna get a 1.33 today but decied to wait for prices to drop and the new TBIRDS to come out. Anyone know when new Tbirds are due out and when are the desktop palaminoes coming? Also what about the prices in the next month or so?
