There is no free version of MS Office. You can use current products for a trial period. But to use long-term, you are required to purchase a license.

If you can't afford MS Office, look at OpenOffice or LibreOffice as free, full featured alternatives.

It's either pirated or a virus.

The first means you go to jail, the second means your data gets corrupted and your computer is messed up till you reinstall windows and lose all your data that way.
