Monitor deals?

im looking for a good monitor 21.5 inches or more with hdmi for under $230 ish Canadian ive found these

the 2nd is a little out of my price range but it is more then likley worth it the only problem is that they have a crappy contrast ratio, so are there any sugestions or am i getting a good deal?

main question here is will i suffer with a contrast ratio lower then 10000 or am i fine with the bundle?

You can't go too much with the contrast and response times from vendor specs. They tend to measure them in different ways, some do it correctly, but most just do what they need to get the better numbers. Look for actual reviews of the monitors.

i found some reviews and i found out the lower contrast ratios had better contrast ratios, confusing right? any way thx so much and have fun with your best answer
