Samsung, 10 months after the baught date of two monitor 955DF, reconnize an issue for the 955DF series and accept to change both monitors ( they don't want to refund us and they dont have the monitor who get the specs of the 955DF without the issue). So we took two 955MP ( less performent but without issues) . UPS pass two weeks ago now to take both monitors to their place. But we continue to wait. Last time, M.Vaillancourt,R.A. Officer from Samsung Canada, was waiting for an authorisation #. He said to me he have an authorisation # for only 1 monitor.So I said: " Ok! Send it to me. I will take at least, this one. At the same moment, a customer ask me for a 19" low profil monitor. Immediatly, I founded a good way to get rid of one of those monitors. But forget it Vaillancourt tell me I have to had both authorisation # to finaly ship it.
