my external hard drive acer model AH052S was dropped from my table and it is working now. Is there any way to solve this? I heard the sound inside but it doesn\'t appear in my computer when I attached????

I'm guessing you meant "and it isn't working now". You can try bringing it to a repair store and seeing if they can fix it, but it sounds like the drive's insides are broken. Even a slight misalignment can be the death of a HDD.
