Win 7 pro 32bit on 1 hard drive and win 7 hp 64bit on other hard drive

Hello,

I currently have Windows 7 Professional 32 bit installed, i was thinking of upgrading it to 8Gb because 16gb is pointless because it uses a lot of the CPU and GPU which i don't want. If i have Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit installed on a hard drive on my other computer, can i just replace the Windows 7 Professional into the other computer and put the Windows 7 Home Premium inside my new computer?
