Hello,

I am new to this website so forgive me if I am in the wrong section.

I recently installed a fresh Win7 Ultimate on my PC. I have done this many times, but nothing like this has happened.

I have a problem connecting to the internet from my laptop.

This is a screenshot of my Device Manager. http://i49.tinypic.com/2rrmpsk.png

Don't worry, no viruses or anything.

The diagnostic tools and built-in problem solving tools do nothing, as usual.

If anyone could link me to a website to update it, it would be super appreciated!

And it has to be specifically for my device since it cannot update through the internet.

Thanks so much community,

Quinn

looks like your ethernet driver is installed on that picture

connect an ethernet cable and then update the other drivers

if it doesnt work right click on the realtek network adaptor then select properties then if it has a power

management option untick the turn off this device to save power option

may need a restart to take effect

There appear to be driver issues that could be causing the problem - update/reinstall the drivers until all the components are working properly...they could be causing a conflict with your network adapter.

The wireless driver is not installed but the wired nic card is installed, so that should work with a cable.
