My Monitor does not turn on

Hello friends,

I am facing some problems with my LCD Monitor (Samsung SyncMaster 732N plus) . Monitor light blinks continuously when I switch on my cpu and no display turns on. after some 2 or 3 minutes or may be after a restart monitor shows up. what is the problem??

I have changed the entire motherboard processor and ram after seeing this problem . Yet the same persists. can someone help me??

even I have tried it connecting to a laptop and then also the same problem. Is it that the problem of monitor??

It is likely the monitor failing.
