Nokia backup file( nbf) opener on our pc download

sir/madam i have some .nbf file which contain my very important data. but my mobile had lost somewhere and now i can not open those .nbf files in another nokia phone. i want those files. my mobile was nokia c2-03 dual sim by which the backup was crearted. is there any software to open .nbf files. if it is then i exetremely to you to tell me about that.
