I have just set up my desktop (WinMe) and an older laptop
(Win98se) with a MN-500 base using a cable modem and a MN-
520 wireless card.
The desktop has an internet connection and can see the
shared drive/printers on the laptop.
The laptop has an internet connection but cannot see the
desktop at all. File sharing is turned on, and setup was
ran several times to enable sharing, but in the Network
Utility it shows File Sharing Not Enabled.
What am I missing? Any ideas?

Dave

>Clarification: I cannot get file sharing enabled on the
laptop. The desktop can see the laptop, but the laptop
shows the desktop on the Network Utility, but I can't
access it. That is what actually has me confused--if file
sharing is not enabled on the laptop but IS enabled on the
desktop, shouldn't it be the other way around?
