Is this brand ok?

Ok so I posted a similar post in the wrong section, so ill try it agian here XD. I can get a really good deal on a hannspree hf229h and i've never heard of this brand. I was just wondering if any one has a monitor similar, and if so is it a decent, durable monitor?

I consider Hannspree and it's sister brand Hanns-G to be amongst the worst brands or the worst brand for monitors.
