You are no doubt asking for a driver that we cannot provide you with a link to to download to get the device working.

So let`s try again : The name of the bluetooth usb device if it is, its model number also.
If you are on about getting it working because it is inside your laptop. Please name the brand of the laptop, and its model number located on the back.
