I recently installed Windows 7 ultimate , I have toshiba l310 laptop , C2D , 2 gb ram , When i start laptop some times keyboard and mouse freezes or sometime it will start in safe mode and still keybaord and mouse wont work , Please help me , whats the issue ?

This could be a memory problem with your laptop, Windows 7 is much more critical than other versions of Windows as regards to memory. Download and run from a bootable CD memtest86.
Check to see if there is a BIOS upgrade for your computer.

I have run memory test , no errors , its sill the same , Is there any other fix ?

Prior to migrating to Windows 7 did you run the Windows 7 Upgrade Advisor?
