Anyone know if the Athlon 4 is at .18u or has upgraded to a .15u?
Please let me know if you do!
Thanks!

still 0,18 micron. Will never be 0,15 micron. In begining of 2002 Athlon will be 0,13 micron.

AMD will not see .13 micro till mid 2002! hahahaha. The hammer is slated to be the first .13 micron processors from AMD! WTG Hammer!

"Again being evasive on specifics, AMD representatives did point to their roadmap as a means to glean when the company will be moving down to their own 0.13 process. Although AMD's Silicon on Insulator (SOI) copper process is arguably more sophisticated than Intel's (which snubs SOI), if AMD's roadmap is a true indicator of when their 0.13 process goes online, then AMD might have problems. The earliest chips using this process, the Thoroughbred and the 64-bit ClawHammer, are not slated to appear until early 2002. This gives the appearance that AMD will be about six months behind Intel in migrating to 0.13 microns."

The 1 t-bird was a 0.25 at the last time they were upgrade to 0.18.

I think AMD wait for intel for the 0.13.AMD dont have the cash on hand for a probleme in 0.13.

Sorry?

Jens says it will be early 2002. You laugh like an 8 year old and say it won't be until mid 2002 and then post an article as your defense that actually says the AMD might be delayed until early 2002 - which is exactly what Jens just said anyway and you laughed at him?

Do you wake up in the morning with an expectation on how many times you have to make yourself look like a moron in front of people to meet your daily quota? As a word of advice, take a breath and try and read what you are posting before you press <continue>...
