HP PC2355 all-in-one software for Windows7

Did new installation of Windows7, replacing Vista. Obtained drivers by connecting printer through USB. Now I still need HP software for scanning etc.! (although HP sources sometimes say this should work) The printer display says for scanning software must be installed). But where can I find the software, please note the Vista version cannot be installed!

Sorry, there's nothing to update, no HP software present because of severe virus problems I started with an empty system. From there on, Windows7 was installed
