Laptop webcam

hi can any one help i have got built in webcam not working in laptop i download webcam but i can get photo but no sound for skype. i have compaqpresario cq61 be gratful if anyone can help me in this matter.

Hi thanks for that I got picture but still no sound checked drivers they are fine, checked sound on laptop that's fine just something I am not doing right. When you open skype and then webcam what next.
