Compaq armada m300 boot

Hello,
I am trying to format an old Compaq Armada M300 Laptop. Unfortunately there is no built in CD-ROM drive and I cannot get into the BIOS to configure it to boot up off an external USB CD ROM drive.

Howevere I have run into a problem.

First, which key do I press to get into the BIOS. Secondly how do I configure it to boot up off the external CD-ROM drive?? (this laptop has no internal CD-ROM drive)

Try the TAB key it should show you the boot screen which should show which key will get you into the BIOS or Boot menu.

Otherwise try F1, F2, F10, or DEL
