Windows Screen Logon Issue

I am having the same problem, keyboard and mouse does not respond to logon, BIOS OK. I did a factory setting about a month ago and prefer not to do another one. Any new update out there. Michelle

You could try powering down the machine and unplugging it from the wall for a short time. Sometimes this will "reset" your usb connections and cause them to work.
