freon is a mix of chemicals and is different from each maker. Freon is just name that describes a whole class of chemicals used in refrigeration. It ain't good for your health if you breath it in that is for sure. A small leak from a frige wouldn't do you harm but I wouldn't want to mix it in my room.
Freon is something like 4.5 times heavier than normal air so keeping it where you want it is hard, plus it isn't good for the ozone
Isn't freon being slowly phased out because of its harmful effects on the ozone? It's getting harder to find. My fridge and A/C don't even have it.

freon has to be compressed into a liquid and cooled to be cold.
its is not going to stay magically cold.
so no, freon doesn't make the air really cold, and its heavier than air, as previously stated, so if you inhale it, you'll have a helluvatime getting it out.
freon is what is used in the big dog cooling systems.

and you fight FOR AMD? you make fun of people that fry their processors because of improperly mounted HSF?
take a step back man.
honestly tho, use Elmer's glue, works great for heatsink goo and it is removeable, conducts heat better than the crap I've gotten...

Get two case fans and it should reduce your temps by at least 5 degrees. Place one intake at lower front of case and one exhaust at upper rear. Heat rises so the cool air will be coming into the system from low down where it's cooler (unless you have heated carpets!) the hot air will will be blown out the upper rear where it's accumulating.
Make sure you tidy up the wires so that the airflow has a clear route through the case. I guarantee that will solve your problem.
My room is usually 25 C, my Tbird 1.2@1.33 runs at 53-58 C
So yesterday I opened up my case, put my big ass room fan on a 60 degree angle to my case (to blow across the whole inside of the case) and w00t! my cpu is at 49 under full load and 44 idle. And my case's temp is at least 12 degress down as well
Get the compressor units of old refrigators in a garbage facility, they most likely have gasses that are close to Freon + you should also get a evaportation unit for your CPU. While building a freon system, it is important that you understand the physichs of: COMPRESSING - decompressing.
Freon works the way that when it is compressed it`s in a liquid form. When this liquid gets a place to expand, it will at once be turned into gas. This phase-change removes a lot of energy from the liquid contact surface.
You can see simular effects with liquid Nirtogen (pure). Try spraying some Nitrogen on your skin, it will take some milliseconds for it to "vaporize", When it have vaporized, you will most likely have signs of frost on your skin. (Don`t do this at home! It`s mostly used on hospitals!)
I do not have any tower fans just a BIG coolermaster Fan.
But...
Did it ever occur to you that MAYBE YOU SHOULD STICK SOME FANS IN THERE??????? My god, what have you been doing on this site for all this time? Go out and buy some $10 fans and stick them in there for in/out circulation. Of course it's running hot right now....
BTW, freon is horrible for the environment. Use the freon subsitute, whatever they call it nowadays, if you want to go that route.

you can also turn your compressed air upside down and spray your skin it will do the same thing. Also liquid N will evaporate before it hits your skin if you do not apply enough.
I broke the clip on my heat sink and had to go buy a crappy one at the local computer store I was running at about 65C with 2 case fans. Got a decent heat sink online and I have not seen it go over 45 or 6 under full load. Make sure you always go with name brand hsf and case fans also.

Oh yeah I'm positive. I have the scars to prove it.

Your wart and the surrounding skin can be treated with liquid nitrogen, a very cold substance..Liquid nitrogen, when applied to the skin, usually results in blister formation similar to a burn. The wart is lifted and it will fall off when the blister dries. You may experience some pain which should be easily controlled with simple pain killers.

Freon is only as cold as you make it. Nothing would naturally be cold, uless the environment was cold.
Freon only chills when it passes from liquid to vapour phase (boils) as does pretty much every other liquid.
Freon colls fridges etc as it is compressed and expanded. When compressed, it heats up, the heat is removed by a radiator, then it is passed through the cooling coil, where pressure is released. The pressure release allows it to expand and vapourise again, and in so doing loses a lot of heat. It is then taken back through the compression cycle to a liquid phase and cooled again. This is the same for fridges, freezers and vapochills.

While we are speaking about heat... Yesterday it was pretty hot here, about 40C, and my P2 was going for 46-47C I found it wierd because I never had it that hot. Then i found that they make an error in the factory when they built the power supply. They put the fan up side down and it was shooting hot air directly on the CPU. I changed it and now the system temp got down about 15C and the CPU 10C.
