I'm pretty sure the answer is "no" but I'll ask the question.

My pet aleax accidentally murdered a priestess of Amaterasu Okami in her
Minetown temple. Will this reduce my standing in the eyes of Amaterasu
Okami?

At least I know there's another priestess of Amaterasu Okami on a lower
level.

You're right that the answer is "no": you're not held accountable for what
your pet does. Now if *you* had killed the coaligned priestess, however
accidentally, you'd have been in trouble.
