Display Drivers

Hey, before 5 months ago i could play cod black ops with my same specs as now.But now i cant play the game, so im thinking that the problem that caused that is the display driver.I was searching something on nvidia webpage but i wasnt sure for the driver.So im asking u to gimme link.My specs:8400gs,CPU E5700,MoBo G41M-P26.

run the nvidia drivers update tool. it load the 309.x for windows 7 and if your running windows 8 it load the 310.x
before you do that make sure you update the intel chipset drivers. also look to see if the fan is moving on the nvidia card. the card fan if it fails will cause the gpu to run hot and clock down.
