Windows 7 home premium disc help

i have a laptop and the hdd just failed and i need to get a new hdd and reinstall windows but i do not have the disc. the laptop didn't come with one to my recollection, i do still have the original product key sticker.

is there a way to have microsoft send me a "new" disc for the install? i do have the ability to burn one if a digital download is an option.

Not a problem, just download a legit SP1 version of the same as what you had installed from DIGITAL RIVER and burn it to a DVD and use your key to activate.
