You will usually have to do it via Service Packs which in the case of Windows 7 it is only to SP1.

What is the PURPOSE of doing this?

I ask because if it's just ONE LICENSE then it's kind of pointless. It's really only done for a Volume License that you can install to multiple machines and you wish to save time.

Thanks for the help guys, I work in the area of delivery and configuration of servers for the company's teams in a branch company of petroleum here in Brazil and we needed to update the isos in order to speed up the delivery process and generate less network traffic! Thank you all for the help.
