Hello,
I have a 16bit program. I have developed it in VB3 and back-end is ms access 2.0. Now can't run on windows 7 64bit, however it runs on some 32bit BUT has completely refused to run on another 32 bit computer!! HELP.

it probably a access ODBC driver issue. It won't run on a 64 bit, but might work with a 32bit if you have the driver install.
Also, check the event log for the error message.

Windows 32 bit had compatibility support for 16 bit programs. The 64 bit version does not.
I am a big fan of civilization, 2.42. Unfortunately, it was built on 16 bit. I found that it will run on 32 bit versions as high as windows 7, but not on any 64 bit versions. The only option seems to be to run your app in a virtual 32 bit machine. Better yet, convert it since you have the source code.
