help please.

Hi,
i know this is the wrong section for this but more people check this section.
i just came back from vacation to find this computer not working correctly. when ever i try and run a program it says
"Windows cannot find 'C:\Program Files\Winamp\Winamp.exe'. Youn may have typed the name incorrectly in the run dialog, or another open program cannot find a system file. To search for a file , click the start button , and then click search.

it says that for any program i try and run.
im also missing c:\windows\syndll.exe
i get an error that it cant find that file after i reboot.

any help would be good

Run a full virus scan and reinstall all the software that doesn't work. Hopefully that doesn't include windows..
