No, it can't be right. Best bet is Coretemp cannot read properly your motherboard's sensors (some laptops have very exotic mobos that are not recognized by most software).

Be assured your CPU is not running at 233°C, it would've shut down at about 100°C. And even if it didn't shut down it would've melted instantly at about 120°C.
