[s] ghoul queen on level 1

Hobbit tourist of exp 1 is introduced to a ghoul queen
on level 1 of dungeons of doom. Thanks a lot, but
rabbits are hard enough!!! Can't be a poly trap, can't
be a chameleon, can't be bones, what was it???
(could it be a shrieker?)

Did a monster find a random potion or wand of polymorph?
