What is a AXIA processor???

Excuse my newbieness but what exactly is an AXIA processor.Is it another type of Tbird.... and if so whats the benefits over a regular TBIRD?????

It isn't some new incarnation, but is merely one of the batches of T'birds that has been produced. The AXIA name comes from the batch code stamped onto the top of the chip, and just refers to when and where it was made.

In this case, they had a <i> really </i> good day/good luck, with 1Ghz chips apparently good for over 1.4Ghz.

If you overclock you can hit 1.4, or even 1.5, otherwise it just stays at 1.0.

I don't know if they might run a little cooler. I wouldn't be surprised if they did, as the heat dissipation is one of the factors in overclocking.
