Full shell command line

I have windows 7 ultimate os, and lately I haven't been able to boot up my computer, i bought a system mechanic pro disk and put it in my computer and after about ten minutes, it is telling me to enter the full shell command line. can anyone tell me what I need to enter please

  1. Go into your BIOS and change the device boot order to HDD first; I'm guessing it's currently set to boot to your disk drive.

    Are you familiar with how to do that? If not, what's the brand of your computer?

    Yes i am familiar with how to do that, My computer is an hp pavillion p6130y
