Dell Technical Support Assistant CD-ROM

Hello,

A little while ago I came across this URL:
http://premieraccess.dell.com/ap/program/T1300000.asp

As the subject indicates, it talks about a Dell Technical Support
cd-rom. But the number listed, 1-604-810-4630, has been disconnected.
Does anyone own or know anything about this CD? Is there a lot of
information and programs on it which are not available elsewhere? If
it's worth purchasing, can I still get it, and from where? Oddly
enough, there doesn't seem to be much information about it on the
internet unless I'm overlooking it. Thanks for any assistance.
